"We were very happy with the property. We went off-roading at the local gulches OHV park and this was the perfect location. Plenty of room in the driveway for us to park 3 trucks and car trailers as well as 5 jeeps. The garage was a great place to work on stuff after the trails as it got colder. My only complaint is the listing originally said there was one more bedroom than there actually was. There are 3 rooms with 1 larger bed in them, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room upstairs with 3 beds in...

"In my opinion, this cottage is a hidden gem. It should be booked up months in advance. Closeness to the water and walkability to Break on the Lake and the General Store made our weekend! "We had a great time at the lake house but felt there could be some improvements. The dock had a lot of nails coming up and some broken/rotted wood which worried us with the kids. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and next to no dish soap in the kitchen. "

"The moment we walked in, the front desk personnel Shea greeted us and helped us get our room. She remembered our names and greeted us anytime we were spotted. We had a one night stay for a wedding but this is by far the best stay I have ever had at a hotel. I wish we had more time to enjoy this hotel and the area around it. Off-roading vacation

"We were very happy with the property. We went off-roading at the local gulches OHV park and this was the perfect location. There are 3 rooms with 1 larger bed in them, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room upstairs with 3 beds in it. This still worked out for our group although we may have split the costs differently had we known the layout better ahead of time. The owner was super responsive and allowed us to stay a few extra hours for getting packed up the next morning. I recommend it 100% and look forward to staying during our next visit."
