"We had a lovely stay, and everything in the chalet was fine however we only stayed for two nights. I would say there are a couple of areas of the experience which can be improved further. The bed and pillows aren’t comfy, we have both left with neck pain, a mattress protector and new pillows would go a long way. The top oven smoked when preheating so we had to avoid using it. Nice view and good location, would have benefited with directions to the spot by the river which is pictured in the ad....

Living room has big beautiful bay windows overlooking the harbor. Dining table for six, french press for coffee, two sofas, plenty of seating. Roads around the property are farm tracks so a little care needed. We found the road past the care home a better route to and from the property. "Lilyfield was amazing. Everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Views from the cottage are breath taking. Enjoyed sitting outside in the fresh air hearing the sheep in the fields.
