"We loved the property and the location, 5 minutes away from Wegmans(!) and from the turnpike. Easy to get to and easy to get back on the road. Way better than a hotel for sure. Nice fenced in yard for a dog (watch out for the neighbors dog though, he's a sneaky one), which backs up to a public path which was perfect for a morning walk. If I find myself traveling through the DC area again, I'll be staying here if it's available.."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg! The unit was located in an old church in a very safe location! The unit was clean, cute and cozy! We were in town for a soccer tournament for our daughter with friends. The town has so much to offer with shopping, food, history and entertainment. "I like the toilet water hand showers the most. The host is responsive and very welcoming"

"Check in went smooth. The lock box took a minute to find. Checking out and putting the keys back in the lock box took two of us. We left at 6 am to go to work and had to put keys in lock box outside by the tree. It was so dark we used our flashlights. But the shiny metal from the dials made it impossible to read the numbers. We used mine as a flashlight and coworker used his camera. "

"This house has been nicely done. The pictures and description are accurate. It did show a close proximity to the road but I still was a little disappointed just how much road traffic you can hear at night. It is well equipped with paper products, soap, even coffee and tea. It was clean (except for the light fixtures) and the beds comfortable. They do have some sort of issue with some septic smell in the one bathroom. "Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet.
