Bissets Bond is a stunning luxury apartment in the heart of Dundee City Centre.

Located in a B listed former bonded whisky warehouse, the two-bedroom apartment is filled with beautiful features and has been newly refurbished to a very high standard.

The fantastic living/dining room has two huge full height arched windows that let in plenty of light. A 58-inch smart TV is mounted on the wall. Spotlights and wall lights are dimmable to allow you to choose the perfect ambience.
The spacious modern kitchen benefits from another wonderful arched window. It has an induction hob, built-in oven/grill, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

A spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious Emma hybrid mattress. Built-in wardrobes have plenty of hanging and shelf space and mirrored doors. The smaller second bedroom has a compact double bed with an Emma mattress, suitable for one person and a built in wardrobe with mirror doors.
A luxury bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower, heated towel rail and a heated LED mirror.

The elevated ground floor apartment sits above street level and enjoys a good level of privacy. A secure entry door controls access to the block. The bus station is on the same street as the apartment and the train station is less than five minutes’ walk away.
