"Lovely little apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment is very basic and the bedrooms are small, but it's clean and staff are lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay in Liverpool. The only negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living room are very hard and incredibly uncomfortable - so not ideal if you want an evening in, or if you have children and are tied to the apartment in the evenings. "The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Liner Hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They left a little present of Prosecco and chocolate in our room as well as a free drinks voucher, which was all much appreciated! The concierge had excellent knowledge of the city and made some great suggestions for activities and food. The room itself was lovely and clean. Bed was super comfortable and great blackout curtains. Would definitely stay here again!"

Top notch at a reasonable price!

"Wow!! I usually stay away for three nights per week with work so I see a lot of hotels all over the country. This place is up there with the best. From the ambient atmos when you get out of the lift, with the dimly (but adequately) lit corridors leading to the rooms, the decor and facilities, almost everything else about the place oozes quality. The price was very reasonable too. My room 115 was massive, high ceilings made from brick arches and perfectly laid out. The shower was fab and could reach the temperature I like. The bed was comfy with a choice of firm or squishy pillows. My favourite squishy ones were just like putting your head on a cloud 😊 The WiFi was really fast and all the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. If could really nit-pick and find something that could be improved …..the toilet in my room had a slam-shut seat/lid 😂 I would have expected a soft-close type in a hotel of this quality 😉 But once you remember that, it’s not a problem! The Titanic is definitely on my list of “Places I will go back to”!!"
