"Beautiful building unfortunately you have to drive up a pot holed track not suited for a saloon car more a 4x4 ! Building and room fairly cold , found someones clothes in wardrobe and had to walk along corridor to a shared(but beautiful ) bathroom. Found the room quite cold during night as was bathroom first thing.Breakfast was fine served in a very nice room but if all rooms were in use would have to share tables?Room itself was cold in temperature.We were the only ones staying that night. "A very historic hotel recently refurbished for tourist trade. Clean and spacious bedroom with large en-suite well supplied with handles and anti-slip mat. Very comfortable double bed and also single in room with plenty room to spare. Pretty side view over gardens towards River Tay and hills.
