Friendly, helpful staff. The lower floors have patio access, which was quiet, shaded and very pleasant. Excellent breakfast buffet the morning after. The only real downside was the low hotwater pressure.

"Whilst the hotel is 5 years old, the finish still looks quite new. Spacious and well appointed rooms, my room had plenty of natural air and light and as the Nova is not on a main road the hotel is very quiet. Great access to Kiama's main commercial areas."
