"We had a great stay in the Cotswolds. There is such a lot to do in this area. The house in Moreton-in-Marsh was in a great location, although on a busy road. There was only one parking space so this was quite inconvenient. The house had spacious bedrooms but not such roomy reception rooms. The house showed some wear and tear and was fitted in a basic way. However, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay and our whole family enjoyed our stay."

Downside was breakfast with 1 coffee machine that was very slow. When i got to it, it needed emptying so i found someone to help.i then went to chose my coffee & got out of milk message so had to track someone down again. Went up for a second coffee and had to wait as someone waiting for hot chocolate to be replaced. Very limited cold breakfast choice...

Lovely break in Oxford

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel and we are really glad we did. The staff were all absolutely amazing, they really made the stay. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms were great- large, comfortable and quiet. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was nice but a bit pricey. However the breakfast is great value for money and there’s a great choice at the buffet. The location is also a highlight- central Oxford is a ten minute walk away and is reached by a very pleasant stroll along the Thames. On a (very slight) negative note: I thought it was a little bit off to charge £20 for parking; and the pool was a bit crowded with nowhere to relax properly. Overall though it was a brilliant stay and I’d recommend this place to anyone. "
