"This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

"I have to say a massive thank you to Emma & Vicky for the use of this beautiful home. I have to say that the place is amazing. It is so well thought out with the layout and the furniture. Absolutely perfect for our family get together to surprise our mother for her 87th Birthday. 9 people and we all fitted in perfectly. We could not fault a thing. Perfect to keep all members of the family entertained, from 14 up to 87 years old. A perfect surprise weekend for the birthday girl and she was blown...

"This property is quite large and run like a hostel. There were maybe six rooms that were occupied while we were there. We had an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again. "Negative: Communication was poor, sent 2 emails requesting information and never got a response. Also sent a text message without a response. The unit does not have a dryer though it states on hotels that one exists. The TV does not have a licence so limited to YouTube etc Positive: it was very well equiped, milk, eggs, cereal, bread, condiments etc. "

"The location was great near a park and the main shopping area. Overall the house was good for a family to stay but some of the kitchen dishes and bedding/towels were not clean. The house also wasn’t equipped with disposables - no extra toilet paper, no paper towel, no extra kitchen garbage bags."

"Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"It had it all! Great 3 bedroom home in perfect, quiet location. Stayed in neighborhood for work with 2 other colleagues and we really enjoyed the home. Private bed & bath for each of us and a great kitchen to meet and unwind post work. House was clean and well equipped. The 5 minute walk up the path brought you to a grocery store and several restaurants. Eat at The Ivy!!"
