The staff was nice and it was convenient to have a parking spot in front of the room but I’ve had a hard time sleeping because of my neighbors noise. I also had to get myself shampoo as it wasn’t provided, there wouldn’t be any hairdryer either, the room itself was not in great conditions.

I thought that the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I wasn't expecting it to be some high-end place and that being said, the cleanliness of the room was good and my stay was pleasant. I liked having accommodations in a busy motel. I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the sense of security. There was also easy access to and from the property.

You can tell the owner does not put any money back into the property. Being a Facility Director, I know that it doesn’t take much to paint and repair minor things to make an old property look new

We stayed here on a 2 week motorcycle ride through Colorado for two nights. Was disappointed in the overall condition of the motel. The pool is filled with dirt, the outside appearance of the motel old and worn. The AC in my room sounded like a loud jet engine. There was a hole in the blanket on my bed and my bathroom towels were stained.

My flight into Durango got in real late and the staff were beyond helpful getting my room ready and working with me and my late arrival. Even going out of their way and staying up late to accommodate me. Absolutely wonderful service and wonderful employees. Thank you so much!

We were greeted by a wonderful and very efficient hostess. She gave us a room upgrade to a great room with a kitchenette and lots of space. This is an older hotel, but we highly recommend it.

First off I’d like to say that yes, this was the cheapest place to stay in Durango. However, the pictures on Expedia are not recent. This motel may have been nice back when it was built but it is in serious disarray now. The bed was clean and free of bugs but there was dust on the clothes racks, the light cover in the shower room was broken and hanging down, the light above the sink barely worked, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, the air conditioning worked great but the way it was installed was terrible with cracks and openings around the outside. The walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors tv and any conversation. There is barely enough room to walk around the bed as there is misc tables and dressers in there that are too big. There was one lamp in there and nowhere to plug anything in anywhere else besides the bathroom. There was no trim around the main door so there were gaps all the way around. We found two spiders in the shower. I’ve stayed in worse places but they were around $55 a night, for $109 a night I expected better. It was a holiday weekend though so maybe they raised their rates a bunch. I say again, do not believe the pictures on Expedia. I will not stay again and I do not recommend.

We had a good night's sleep in our room. It was nothing special. No breakfast or coffee maker in room. But there was a microwave and refrigerator. Just your basic fare, but good enough.
