There was no stay. There was no hotel. I’m trying to get a refund as we speak. I ended up having to book a late night hotel elsewhere for the same dates and luckily was able to find something. Please assist with the refund.

Don’t book. This is scam.

Please don’t book this hotel. The hotel property exists but there is only one security guy is there. He says hotel is closed for months, and I requested hotels.com for refund, but they didn’t refund it for a week because they said hotel does not reply. This is a really intelligent scam. The owner of the hotel knows that they can earn money without operating because the hotels.com never refunds.

Absolutely nice

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, perfect parking, good location, very clean, great and flushy beds. Chairs on the varanda would be great.

Weekend Stay

Excellent stay only issue was the bed was too small. Sink in bathroom too small as well and water fell onto floor very easily causing the floor to be wet. Loved the atmosphere.

Great Stay

The stay was great and location fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The double bathrooms were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Great stay

The stay at this hotel was most definitely value for money. The rooms we had were a variety of different sizes and finishes. We were extremely satisfied with the manner in which we were welcomed. The location is central and very convenient. Would most definitely book there again.

Quaint boutique hotel

Newly renovated, but flooring should have been changed. Found the bottom floor to be noisy, but the rooms on the upper floor were much better. Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but it was the same everyday. Good location, close to Florida road and a lot of good eateries.

A+ Accommodation

A+ Accommodation. So refreshing to stay at a place where everything is just right. Swift check-in, spotless rooms, luxury sheets & finishings, decent wifi, smart tv and spacious bathroom with rainfall shower. Breakfast is amazing, while there is no buffet - you order of a menu - this works out much better and you get a variety of freshly prepared and plated meals as well as platters of fruits, yogurts, cold meats, cheeses & pastries. You know the food is good when the locals come here just for the breakfast! Location is bang in the hub of durbans foodie paradise with dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and smaller malls in the vicinity, some walkable, others a 1 or 2km drive away. For Muslims, you'll be happy to know their breakfast is halal, a spacious and beautiful musallah across the road for your prayers & tons of halal restaurants nearby (and the bathroom has a trigger spray:) All in all, we had a lovely stay and this is probably going to be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Durban!

2 nights in Durban

An excellent hotel - certainly one of the best I've seen in many trips to Durban. The staff went out of their way to help - including a packaged breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave for the airport at 05:00. I'll certainly be looking to book here again next time we're in Durban. (Note that this hotel does not currently have a bar or serve alcohol.)

Shiney new -

What I liked : Lovely newly built and crisp small boutique style hotel, with friendly reception and staff. Nicely appointed room with the necessary all new. What I did not like : the area surrounding the hotel is not great with safety as an issue - The surrounding walls of the hotel is only a fence however there is a 24hr gaurd service. Although new the shower fitting and head was coming apart and grimey Rooms on the ground floor have passers by look striaght in - this means for privacy you have to draw the drapes leaving you without natural light. Bfast service was feiendly but when it became busy I was served coffee without a spoon and left with cold milk when ordering hot - not the worst offence but showed a lack of care- A great overnighter though.
