"Overall a good budget overnight stay on the road. Parking space are too tight. Room could have been cleaner, floor was not vacuumed and there was a hair on the bed. I do like the interior design. The overhead shower head kept dripping all night, might as well get rid of it. Could have ordered breakfast if it's flat rate walk-in buffet. Requiring a reservation time is just too big of a commitment "

"This hotel is in a great location in Clifton. Easy walking to amazing restaurants and independent shops. And right on the frequent #8 bus route if you're coming from the train station. It's a 3-star hotel so as long as you're not expecting 5-star facilities, it's good. Very clean with friendly staff. My only complaint was that our room (actually the whole 2nd floor) didn't smell great. "

"The hotel is located on beautiful grounds with fascinating, well looked after garden in the countryside. The atmosphere is so peaceful and tranquil, hardly any sound of traffic. The room was nice, although a bit tired, very comfortable bed, but bathroom is in need of some upgrade. Restaurant in the main building served lovely breakfast with pleasant views over the gardens. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. "
