The elevator was dated and small. The room was on the small size. The spiral stair case was very small. Good mattress. English channels on the TV. Love the special toilet. Very comfortable. Easy metro access.

We recently stayed at the Muze Hotel in Düsseldorf and had a fantastic experience. Here are some highlights that might help fellow travelers: The hotel is located in a very safe area, which made me feel comfortable walking around at any time of the day. Despite being in a central location, the hotel is remarkably quiet. We had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, from high-end boutiques to charming local shops. It's a shopper's paradise! The area is filled with diverse dining options. Whether you're in the mood for traditional German cuisine or something more international, you'll find it all within walking distance. The hotel is well-connected by public transport-trams to Dusseldorf central. There are several tram and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. One of the best features is its walkability. The main city center is just a 20-minute walk away, which is perfect for those who enjoy exploring on foot. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's close to major attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Overall, I highly recommend the Muze Hotel for its excellent location, comfort, and the wonderful amenities it offers. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

Overall the hotel was nice. It’s potentially better suited for business travel rather than family as the rooms while lovely, are on a small side (and we stayed in the large one). Amenities are nice. Breakfast fairly basic - it has good variety.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, firstly thank you for their effort. Room was a bit small however at least clean and comfort. Most disappointing part was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for two people. Other than that everything was good.
