"Nice concept but poorly managed. Guests were tolerated as long as they behaved otherwise they would be fined. Cleanliness poor, terrace dangerously slippery and one of us with a bad back fell. Welcome pack reads like a punishment menu."

The lodging was as advertised, and included dishes, cookware, glasses, a refrigerator, and some useful countertop appliances. "Check-in was great. Every staff member from front desk agents to housekeepers were friendly and great. I liked that they allowed us to store our bags in the secured closet hours before check in so we could go on and about. Room was clean and comfortable with no issues whatsoever. For some reason the "veggies" I got in Amsterdam the night before gave me the munchies so I'm thankful for the vending machine in the lobby. "
