"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "I have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. This time unfortunately there was a problem with the Hotel not having Hot Water for 3 / 4 days and this meant that Hot showers were not available. There was also another minor problem with the Fire Alarm going off at 4.30am one, this is turned out to be a false alarm, and this was dealt with by the Management and Staff without any great fuss. "We loved our stay here with our kids, it was so easy to get to and from the airport and city centre, and we enjoyed walking around Haarlem too. The breakfast was amazing too."

"The location is perfect, rooms are spacious and convenient. For parking you can reserve a space, price is not very subsidised for hotel guests but it’s still comfortable. We didn’t like the breakfast, which was very simple and continental. Wasn’t good value for money in our opinion. Everything was fresh though. Vibes were great and cosy."

"We arrived late, after a missed flight and the excellent night staff went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I and our tired children had everything we needed. The friendly staff were without doubt the best thing about the stay, but there was nothing to complain about the spacious, clean family room. It is only a pity that the hotel does not accept cash. "

"We had a great stay here, but it's probably geared towards younger customers. It's half a student hostel and half hotel. The staff are all lovely - really welcoming energy and provided many good tips for the area and places to see. It's really easy to get to from the central station or the HS station.
