My stay was fine. Not great. I was with a group of friends and we all had separate rooms. We requested to be near each other and I understood that’s not always possible but we weren’t even remotely close. We were all in separate towers, and we couldn’t even get to each others room without someone coming down the elevator. Which is ridiculous. I understand needing a key to use the elevator, but I couldn’t even use my key to get to my friends rooms. It made things extremely inconvenient. The rooms were not the cleanest either, which was disappointing. we did rent a cabana at the pool and that was great. The service was amazing.
