"Everything as was just as described in the literature. Linda Phillips was so helpful with anything that we needed, before and during our stay, I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Raleigh area for a few nights or even longer. "My wife and I spent the weekend here with another couple to visit our kids at NCSU and to check out a football game. Space is attached to back of main home but feels private and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, both bathrooms are awesome. Small kitchenette with everything you need. Neighborhood is very nice and very safe and close to downtowe (about 10 minutes or $8 uber ride). Perfect for what we needed. If you are looking for a quiet, neighborhood feel, this is the place for you....
