"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. It is basically a resort one hour from Anji with nothing around so you are trapped there. being trapped in a nice place is fine for a few days but they rooms are ugly and disgusting, they are all smoking (despite what this...

"Rooms are ok staff seems in a hurry and not explain stuff properly to me when asked for restaurants aroundbthe hotel since their restaurants close at certain hours. No food close by. Lots of trafficr noises from room 24 hrs a day more during peak hours. Mini bar empty but have menu with prices for mini bar items. Breakfast seems quite cold but ok could be worst. Wont stay here again. Booked it in a hurry to meet with suppliers in the city. "
