"Overall good experience. Could have done with a jacuzzi in the Spa. Didn’t like they way a service charge was automatically added to restaurant bill & then also wanted a gratuity payment on top. Drinks bill pricey"

"Reception staff very friendly. Free psrking was useful. The kids were offered a complimentary drink and cookie which they really enjoyed. The sofa bed wasnt that comfortable but fine for one night.
