"Extremely happy with the deluxe room facing the ocean, smiling happy staff, delicious buffet with generous options, huge clean pool with adult size slide (haha), friendly security staff… Hotel is next to the beach. Soi 6 is a bit noisy at night. Best restaurants were the huge Italian Trattoria next door, the French restaurant next to Hard Rock and the upmarket Market Bistro Restaurant next door to Central Mall (Central Mall also has a great international food hall downstairs. Pattaya has come a long way in the last 15 years. "

Did her duties cleaning in an outstanding manner consistently. Anytime I visit “Pattaya” I planned on staying at Somerset hotel. Thank you"

"It was a very pleasant stay. I will likely stay there again the next time I'm in Pattaya. My room did however stink of mildew for the first 2 days. The air conditioning was not strong enough to remove humidity from the room rapidly. This should be investigated. Some additional space in the club room would be appreciated. Staff was excellent!"
