"Great time… Great apartment…Enjoyed to the fullest"

"Poor organisation, communication and customer service, and flat not as described. Didn't contact me with booking in instructions prior to my visit and then was a faff to get some details by text. When I arrived these were wrong and someone was in the flat they gave me details of. Had to wait for new details by text. The address details weren't helpful and the building difficult to find from them. The flat had potential. TV not tuned into any channels (there was no aerial connection to the TV)....

"We spent a week in this property and Joey, the host, could not have been more helpful in accommodating us. It is really practical in terms of transport links and the view to the trains below absolutely delighted the children."

"Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Ein großer Supermarkt und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Wandle Park sind zu Fuß in 2-5 min. erreichbar. Schnelle Anbindung an das U-Bahnnetz der City: Zuerst mit der Straßenbahn bis East Croydon. Von dort mit dem Thameslink bis London Bridge oder Blackfriars."

"Carla is an amazing host! She was so thoughtful in the items that were stocked in the flat and her communication was very timely and reliable! The flat is in a great area - close to many shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our family’s needs. We would stay there again without hesitation!"

"Nice apartment with enough space for a family of four, although teenagers had to share a double bed, close to train station with plenty of shops near by, unfortunately felt it was in need of a good clean and replacement of some of the fixtures and fittings."

"Place was nice pretty much as advertised. It was very clean. Very nice views out the windows and balcony. It was a bit noisy (happy noise) during the day with school children playing nearby. At night, noise was typical for what you would find in a big city. Only one thing that could be improved is the signage going in and out of the building is not very clear an we were having to try different doors to see which one led to the elevator. That was not a problem but if there was a fire it might be...
