"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"As I stated by the title, I was a little put off at first because of the outside appearance of the apartment complex, but the inside more than made up for it.The distance from the town center or fun places so to speak, about an hour. The host was incredible. I would recommend this to my friends."

"The apartment was fine, but the sofa was disgusting and I just could not sit on it for the duration of my stay. This was reported immediately, and the team did try to clean it up, but it was so awful they couldn't do much. Otherwise the apartment was fine and comfortable. The sofa issue spoiled an otherwise good experience."

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either. "

"We had the most amazing time in Brighton. We came to move our daughter into the University and explored her new home town. 50B the Garden View apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway.
