"The room was good at first glance, but soon we realized the maintenance they do is close to zero for the rooms. We were very surprised to see they have flies and mosquitos inside the room. The bathroom vent was not working and faucet was leaking water. Water clogged in bathtub. We kept calling front desk, they said they sent technician who will arrive shortly, but nobody cared to show up for an entire day. I would say the breakfast even seemed pretty standard considering what similar 5-7 star...

"It was one night stay before religious rituals in Gaya. Hotel appears to be new and staff are new. There was only one chair in the room. Need to improve. I think it will be ok going forward when staff get experience "
