Staff were not available 24 hours. Housekeeping weren't available for additional towels. In addition, toilet plugged so we had to figure out how to unplug without plunger. Public bathroom not available. Since staff not on site, seems as though human trafficking was an issue.

Stay the hell away from this place. They kicked me out for no reason. They claim that I was smoking in the room. Demanded that I come to the front desk and pay a extra $250 or to get out. Mind you this was 11:30 pm while I was sleeping. I don't even smoke!!!! Lost my money too.

Having to check in through a computer monitor with a person over zoom was odd. Our tv did not work but there was no one on the premises to call. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean.

Kiosk checkin not speedy

Overall, stay was nice, but the late checkin at the kiosk left a lot to be desired. Waited 20-30 minutes to get keys to then enter the hotel.
