"Location very good, needs upgrading, the full English breakfast was greasy, tinned and poor quality. The toast, coffee, tea and juice were ok. Had scrambled eggs, on the second day and they were very nice. The bedrooms and bathroom were very small and had to fill the bath with the shower head. The Reception staff we’re not very helpful apart from the Australian / Kiwi lady who was amazing, and very helpful and could give us all the information we needed!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo at Tower Bridge. We were able to check-in early which was a gift. We greatly appreciated the waters in the room, daily, and the location was perfect bc we were equidistant between two Tube stops that both offered Circle lines. I wish we had read earlier that the hotel can provide adapters and some other amenities, but that was also very much appreciated. We did not take adv. of the breakfast (at cost), but the restaurant seemed very busy every...

"Check-in was easy. Desk open 24hrs. The room was small but as expected. Everything clean and decent for the price. We had a shared bathroom of which there were two on our floor and very clean. A basic, budget room and just what we needed. Good location and secure. "

"Cost effective stay. Overall good. Thankful for easy check-in & out, clear room, good heating. Downside is the poor sound isolation of window, which let all squishy sounds of cars&busses of a busy road in rainy day. Definitely needed a old &damaged frame and silicone repair of the window edges to give a bit more isolation. "

"The hotel is located close to ground transportation facilities and 10 minutes away from subway stations. The room is average size for European hotels and clean.The breakfast is okay, except it’s the same every day. Our problem was the noise. Every day, early in the morning and after 10PM someone was dragging some big containers (our room was facing the back of the building) and the noise was unbearable. Not too bad for the price we paid."

"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London....
