"Room was big, beds were very comfortable. Lots of food choices. Slots weren't so tight you couldn't win a little something. And they hosted the Marine Corp Ball. Great experience "

"I love the free shuttle to and from the hotel. Very nice bedding and pillows, and great water pressure from the shower. The room is clean and smells good. Hotel is right in the middle of the arts district."

"The check in line was very long, but it was also the night of a concert. They opened up another check-in lane shortly after we arrived so that helped a lot. There was a free shuttle to the concert venue, holding 15 people at a time. Other guests we talked to said they had to wait a while to be transported to and from the venue. We drove and paid for parking downtown, and that was a nightmare! "

"Overall the hotel was very nice. I specifically searched for hotels with an indoor pool and chose this one. When we showed up and my kids were screaming to go to the pool no one at the front desk checking me in told us the pool was closed. Get checked in, unload the car, get kids changed into swimsuits, head down to the pool and it’s under construction and closed. Would have been nice to have gotten some type of communication about this so we could plan accordingly. "
