"We were staying in CT for my granddaughters Nationals SB tournament The location was great, it was Close to everything we needed We would def. Stay again due to the easy check in, all the extra amenities Lynn supplies along with her quick responses to our communication with her. If we had to make a suggestion, it would be a to add more air conditioners as the summertime can get quite hot We enjoyed our stay"

"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental."

"The pictures are either old or touched up. The place is rundown. The couch has a big hole in the center. You can’t sit on it. The TV was not hooked up. The neighborhood is not good. The management company was apologetic, but did not resolve any of the issues in the time we were there."

"The apartment was very nice and roomy. Perfect size for our needs. Although the listing did show/state stair access required, I thought it was a two story with bedrooms upstairs. My elderly father whom we came out to visit had a very difficult time climbing stairs. Had some trouble with the code upon arrival but contacted host and she responded immediately and solved the issue. Overall house was clean with minimum issues. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would rent again....

"We only stopped for a night passing through on our way to Maine. What a perfect little spot. Easy On/off from I84. It fit the 4 of us with ease. Bed was comfortable, and with all the windows open it was the best night of sleep I’ve had in months! The goats and sheep were comical, the dogs and cats lovable, and the general vibe of the place was well worth the price! We would definitely book again when passing through."

"Such a great host, good communication throughout, perfect little lake cottage with lots of privacy in a quiet, quaint community. Close to the lake and pretty central for venturing out to explore CT. The personal touches puts this host over the top...coffee, toiletries, fenced in area for pets, kayaks on the property with life vests...even towels and a beach blanket! Loved our little home away from home...you will, too!"

"Quick and easy spot to the BigE. Outside doesn't look like much but neighbors are friendly and the apartment is very nicely done and well taken care of with all needs addressed. "Property is set up beautifully! I appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was. Bed was firm and comfortable. The water was nice and hot. The coffee and sugar was a bonus! Snacks and water available for the taking. The only other thing I would have a appreciated would have been just a couple more towels and a sharp knife. Which really? Was no big deal at all.
