Cozy Lake Cottage- Newly renovated!

The Cozy Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. You're sure to love the open and airy feel of the main level living spaces. Eat at the dinning table with views of Lake Oconee, grill your favorite meal on the large porch, or sit in an adirondack chair and read a book. The main level also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a queen sized bedroom and a full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom can sleep up to 3 people on the twin and full size bed and is equipped with a full size bath. Enjoy the lower level bedroom with a king size bed plus additional twin bed and your own walk out patio! Soak your cares away in the jet tub in the full size bath or have a fire in the chiminea over looking the lake. This space feels like it's own private getaway within the house.
The home is located at the end of a quiet street on a cul de sak so it'll be easy to soak in the sound of the crickets and stars at this Cozy Cottage at the lake.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is secured by a valid credit card which is payable at the time of booking approval or you may purchase a damage waiver.

Great Lake Getaway

A beautiful lake oasis

This property was so beautiful, right on the water with plenty of space for our family! It was clean, well equipped and such a relaxing few days. We had the best time and hope to be back!

Great weekend at the lake

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the lake! This home has everything you need for a family trip. The view of the lake is amazing. Don't let the front elevation fool you, this home is much larger inside than it appears. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in a quiet town, this was just what we ordered!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Honestly better than expected. Great location, view, owner communication. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen equipment is in great shape. Would stay here again.

Marvelous Lakefront Property

The house was clean, crisp, well furnished, and relaxing. Spectular view of Lake Oconee. Just two of us friends for a getaway although the house accommodates many people. Loved the decor, everything we needed. Great outdoor seating. Cute!!!!! Would definitely stay here again! Did not need to communicate with the property manager.

Loved the Cozy Lake Cottage!

Amazing property!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It was the perfect setup for our family and everything was immaculate and super clean. We really loved sitting on the large back porch in the mornings and evenings. Definitely a plus that it has its own dock as well. Very close to all the stores you might need while you are there. Really personable and great communication with the property owner, Debbie. She was a joy to work with. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great weekend!

We had an incredible time at this property for a long weekend. It’s located on a nice section of the lake and we were able to tie our rental boat right on the dock. There were nice thoughtful touches throughout- complimentary sunscreen and bug spray set out on the patio, s’more roasting sticks by the fire pit, and toiletries (shampoo/body wash) in all the bathrooms. Current listing photos do not do the property justice- it’s nicer and even more updated in person. Would 100% stay here again! One suggestion is to add a cutting board in the kitchen- one of our family members has food allergies, which means we have to cook in a lot even when traveling. That was the one (very minor) thing missing!

NICE STAY, BUT...

The cottage is nice. However, it was not totally clean. The grill was terrible and we had to clean it totally, twice: before and after use (The hostess will have to reimburse us, because she was writing that if it is dirty the tenant has to pay a fee). The bugs were around, specially during the night. a lot of old spiderwebs were anywhere. We had to clean the pots because were dirty.

Fantastic lake cottage!

This is a great property! Had a girl’s weekend, brought our pontoon over from the dry dock around the corner. Beautifully decorated. Larger and roomier than I thought from pics. The back deck is amazing! It was Nice to have each room on a separate floor. Just fyi to the owners, several of the dining room chairs legs are not secured/very loose. Upstairs bedroom could use one or 2 small end tables for guest to set water/phone next to the bed. Also, there were no glass wine glasses that I saw, only plastic. I’m sure they get broken easily by guests , but even the stemless ones would be great. I like my wine in a real glass :) thank you for a great stay! We will definitely rent here again if looking to stay at the lake for the weekend!
