Tranquil lake GET-A-WAY

This house is a gem, with 3 bedrooms, two baths, an upstairs and down stairs screened in porch, I love to get up early and just sit outside with a cup of coffee, listen to the birds sing, squirrels jumping from tree to tree. while fish are jumping in the lake. very peaceful, quiet, and at the end of a cove, which means no boat traffic
A great vacation for your family and friends, your children will be talking about this vacation for years. One king size bed, a queen size bed, Two sets of bunk beds with trundle Murphy bed downstairs, also day bed on top screened in porch, which also has trundle bed, sleeps 10 easy.

Easy walk to the end of the private dock, fish or swim right off the dock, a great view of the lake. Double boat house, plenty of room to put your water toys. You can launch your boat right in the cove. Outside wood pit overlooking lake.

Just a short 7 mile ride to Crooked Creek marina, with a brand new restaurant, called Grill, where you can sit and enjoy your food, while overlooking the lake. A lot of restaurants and stores in Milledgeville. AMC theater also located in the mall. There is a super Walmart in both Eatonton and Milledgeville. Kroger and ALDI are nearby. Eatonton has a Ingles and Piggly Wiggly. There are several golf courses located nearby along with pickle ball courts.

The city of Eatonton is 15 miles from the house, 22 miles to Milledgeville, 20 miles to Greensboro, 32 miles to Madison, all historical sites. Forgot something and don’t want to drive. Instacart will deliver to you.

If you forgot something we now have a Dollar General store, 7 miles from the house.So pack up your family and friends, come on over to see Lake Sinclair.

Quiet and out of the way!
Out of the way, but that’s exactly what we like. For us a vacation is lazy days and fishing nights. Hosts answered text we had very quickly.

Nice stay
The house was as advertised. The screened porches were so nice to have. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook with. Most the dishes were still dirty and needed to be washed before our use though. The king room was comfortable. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable. We showed up after the hurricane and they cleaned the yard up nice. Besides some dog poop from previous quests. The boat house was great And the dock was nice for the kids to jump off. They loved it!

Two sisters property was amazing. The neighborhood was very quiet. The lake view from the dock is absolutely beautiful. The house was very well maintained and has plenty of room for our family. We loved being able to use the kayaks and to fish off of the dock.

Wonderful time!
We had a really great time. The house was as comfortable as being at home. Clean and very welcoming. My grandchildren and I enjoyed the games and the little ones loved the singing Christmas dog! Awesome Place!❤️💙
My family and a few of our friends stayed here Memorial Day weekend and it was everything we needed and more. Our friends of 20+ years have been getting together every summer for the major Holidays, but the house we always stayed in was sold last year, and this house was perfect to accommodate us. It Is tucked in a cove which made it easy swimming for the kids. The fishing was also good right off of the dock. There is a little walk to the water from the house but it was manageable. Also there is WiFi provided so that was nice but there was not hardly any cell service. I didn’t mind that one bit though, it was nice to unplug for the weekend. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this property and I hope to be able to book again soon! P.S. Mrs. Peggy was very attentive and answered all of the questions that I had!

Not disappointed!
House had some dog odor but otherwise was clean. Some of the beds were uncomfortable but the king bed was comfy. It would be hard to park more than 2 cars if you had a large group. Great location.

Fantastic week
Our family and a few friends stayed where for a lake getaway. This house has EVERYTHING you need!!! Extremely well stocked kitchen and linen closets. Beautiful home with plenty of open room for hanging out. Porches are fantastic and lake front views amazing. Kayaks and floats aplenty. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!!!

Quiet and Peaceful
I was a bit concerned because there was a lot of "stuff" in the yard (boats on trailers, etc) when I pulled in and there was an older trailer very close to the house. The house itself was lovely and once you got down to the lake, the trailer became irrelevant. Very clean and lots of space.

Great Georgia Lake Vacation
What a great time we had at this well-stocked, beautiful lake house! The house had almost everything you could think you may need while away from home: toilet paper, paper towels, cooking utensils, cooking spices, towels, laundry detergent, board games and on and on it goes! Loved the hanging swing on the lower deck of the house! The owners were very sweet, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you ladies! We would definitely stay again!

Just what we were looking for
House was great, lake was beautiful and my family had a great time. House was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy if weather didn’t allow outside activities. I have no complaints at all. It is noteworthy that you may have no service at the property which we did not, so get in g the code upon arrival was a bit of a struggle, but just a minor deal as the four days we had were just relaxing and wonderful! We have definitely considered booking again! Jacob

Lake Vacation 2020
This was my third time renting this property. We had a different family in the house this year who fell in love with the spacious downstairs. There were several families staying on different parts of the lake and this property was our “go to” spot for dinner every night. The large bars and picnic tables made it perfect for feeding a crowd. The pitches are wonderful and the property is tranquil and quite perfect! We will return!

Perfect for us.
Nice little cabin. Description and reviews were accurate. We were able to put all the kids in the bunk room and each set of adults had their own room. The one bathroom upstairs was a little awkward as it was the only one upstairs with 3 bedrooms, but there was a full bath downstairs as well. The patios were great, especially with the rainy weather. We made our own cane poles and the kids caught fish off the dock. The down stairs was great for cooking, watching football and hanging out, just what we were looking for, plenty of room.

A hidden gem on Lake Sinclair
My family and another family recently rented this property from "the sisters" and couldn't have been more pleased. This was their first visit to the lake, but my family has stayed here near Crooked Creek marina many times. Everyone was impressed with the property and how well the residence was furnished. They allowed us the use of their smoker, grills and even their kayaks. We had a covered area for our ski boat and the dock was newly refurbished. We also enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area and especially the screened in porches. The cove was perfect for our kids to swim and paddlebaird in and the boat ramp was extremely convenient. The walk to the lake is about 350 feet of moderate incline and is gravel/clay which may not be suitable for all guests, but the view is nice and the house is beautifully appointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a great time staying at this lovely property! The home was built in 1977 & has been updated. It was convenient, comfortable & clean. We appreciated the snacks upon our arrival. They tided us over until we could get unpacked & dinner prepared. The polished concrete floors are beautiful & perfect for guests with a dog. Plenty of dining space to feed a large crowd with the double bar space, dining table, & two picnic tables on the screened porch. We hosted breakfast one morning for additional family staying on the lake; the long bar space & dining areas were perfect for serving & seating our 16! We’re a family of five & all had a comfy spot on the couch watching tv. It’s nice and quiet having the bedrooms upstairs & the living area downstairs when you want to sleep in. We brought our boat & the put in was just a few lots down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to visit again! Thank you!

A little disappointed
The house was ok but we did have a cockroach problem inside and outside. We were told after the dogs were swimming that the lake had blue algae in it which is dangerous for dogs. A property owner across the way told us. Wish I knew about this ahead of time and we probably would have not stayed there. Refrigerator was dirty and had food in it. Kayaks were fun to use. The weather was horrible most of the week. Overall it was ok. Not sure we would stay there again unless things were different.
