"Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends "

"We stayed in the room called wald. Had a lovely stay from the warm welcome with chocolates and wine to the huge bathtub with plenty of amenities. The breakfasts were really beautifully put together and served in room which we liked. We were really grateful for the attentive hosts who even went out of their way to get us decaf coffee when requested. The room was very clean and was much larger than we expected. The views were spectacular from the windows."

"Possible the best of locations I have stayed. We had a 2 bedroom house which was in fantastic order. Ample parking and the staff were outstanding. We travelled as a couple with our 5 month old dog, we can not wait to return. 5 🌟 "

"We loved MONDI. Our room was first floor, lake side. We never tired of how beautiful the view was. The room was very clean. Had coffee maker, tea maker, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator but no microwave. Service was wonderful. Walking to the bus wasn’t a problem. However, keep in mind that you can not get a bus or taxi before 7AM. No Uber service. Train station is in Bad Aussee which is a beautiful town near by. (Bus to MONDI is only a 10 minute ride)"

"The apartment was situated in Mondsee, 20mins by car east of Salzburg. A secure underground car park is included, so ideal if renting a car.Lounge/dining area is comfortable, stereo, wifi, Smart TV (netflix access but you'll need a firestick or similar to get Amazon).Kitchenette is small for a family, but well equipped with hob, kettle, oven, dishwasher and fridge, (no microwave). 2 coffee machines for either tassimo pods or standard filter paper. Pans crockery/cutlery provided.Upstairs...

"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. We had most of the cash needed to pay the 110E extra but we were short 3E. We asked if that would be enough but she said no. We found an ATM the next...

"The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"I took my mom to Austria, close to where the Romy Schneider Sissi movies were filmed. Hintersee was perfectly located, literally at the end of the road! It is perfect for people wanting to experience Austria in all its glory. And who love to immerse themselves in the local community. The owner Margrit was lovely and thanks to her translation app, she was able to guide us for a fantastic stay, The property is close to hundreds of hiking trails, glacial lakes and beautiful villages. "Our night at the Heritage Hotel Hallstatt was one of the most memorable parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped off the ferry and saw the hotel nestled right along the lake, we knew we were in for something special. The room was absolutely stunning—modern, cozy, and spacious, with jaw-dropping views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Waking up in Hallstatt, opening the windows, and seeing that mirror-like water with alpine peaks behind it? Unreal. The hotel perfectly blends traditional Austrian charm with modern comfort, and the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town, but peaceful and quiet. It’s also just a short walk to the ferry and everything Hallstatt has to offer. Service was warm and professional, and everything felt smooth and easy from check-in to checkout. We only stayed one night, but it was the kind of place we didn’t want to leave. If you’re going to Hallstatt, this is the place to stay. Magical, romantic, and worth every second."

"Nice hotel right by Grundlsee Lake, offering an amazing view. I had a room with a balcony directly facing the lake—it was stunning. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely come again to enjoy a different view in the summer!"
