"We mainly booked this hotel because of its close location to Schonbrun zoo and stayed one night. Our stay was so great and welcoming from the very moment we got out of the taxi to enter the hotel. Hotel staff, Aliz rushed to help with our bags and baby stroller. She was so great and we felt like we arrived into a home of our very close relative :) The hotel is super clean! Highly recommended!
