"From start to finish my stay at the Leonardo was excellent as I had a little issue with my room and David on reception sorted it out in no time along with giving me an upgrade due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms after a long day travelling. "The location is in the city centre and its an easy walk to different places of interest. Reception is usually good. Though I've had someone help carry my bag to the room and tell me my bags shouldn't be that heavy. The room is a bit dated but clean. The spa, hot tub and pool are nice. Will stay here again. "

"Quite a quirky property. All staff lovely and very professional. Very clean, towels changed daily, tea, coffee replenished and bins emptied. Bed not comfortable and layout of room meant the TV was so far away from the bed you could only watch it my sitting on the single hardback chair provided. "

"We only stayed for one night but I cannot fault this hotel! It’s in a fab location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Other reviews mention having trouble getting into the building late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with sumptuous pillows. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Manchester! "

"The hotel was a great location for shopping, theatre's, restaurants. My couple of complaints are in the room, there is a desk area but no chair. there is nowhere to put a case apart from on the floor. Secondly, the sockets points on the desk area, are not deep enough to plug anything in, so you have to go under the tv to plug in the kettle, a charger, a hairdryer. "

"very nice staff who couldn't do enough for you. The beds are very comfortable, everything clean and a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of water each in the room. Breakfast was super with the best selection of hot and cold food I have had in many hotels. The location is great for transport ( Oxford Rd station is just a short walk away) and the theatre."

"The size of toilet is a little bit smaller than expected, however the shower water was hot enough so was the pressure. But the shower was too small for us to change the clothes inside. The location and the price is great for temporary stay. The bed was large enough to fit us. The view was also nice! We even got to see the tram everyday! It was also close to the Metrolink Stop. Might consider coming back again soon. We were close to shops, foods, and so much more, it was really convenient."
