"The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are alright too. But the location of the hotel is convenient only if the purpose of your trip is to visit the Cartoon Museum, which is around the corner. To get to the old town, where all the monuments, museums, churches, and restaurants are, you have to walk up a steep hill for fifteen minutes."

"Basic hotel with no frills. Car park right outside, the bed was clean and comfortable and we had a little bathroom. No lift. Various restaurants within the vicinity and the ibis styles has a bar if you want a drink. Right off the motorway but the double glazing was excellent. 10 minutes into angouleme by car. Cheap hotel just for a quick stop over."
