"First time using this brand. Really liked the convenience of laundry services, room options, price, breakfast options included, and enough parking spaces also included. Although the facility is a bit outdated it always smelled good, room cleaning service is provided every day, and had all ammenities and essentials you need for your stay. "The check-in process was a bit long and challenging due to an error made by the desk clerk--and then I was almost given a room without the balcony I'd specifically booked and paid extra for, but in the end everything was settled in a satisfactory way.
