Generally I enjoyed my stay. The spa is lovely. But the floors are thin and you can easily hear the people in the room above stomping about. Also the ceiling of our room was not clean and had marks and stains all over it above the bed which just looked off putting. But generally my stay was fine.

Arriving at this beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we couldn't check in until 4, as they'd had an event the night before. This gave us 30 minutes to get ready, before we were due to go out. The bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable- this was made worse by the event that was on in the main hotel- the music was incredibly loud until midnight. The breakfast was by far the worst we had eaten in the past few years- the egg was raw, not poached, the sausage mushy and pink, and the tomato under-cooked. We saw 3 other tables complaining about their food. It certainly wasn't befitting of a spa hotel. Aside from the friendly staff, we certainly wouldn't recommend, nor would we return.
