"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"Loved our stay. Used it for a layover prior to our Galápagos visit and was really pleased with our choice. Modern, clean and great for a peaceful nights sleep. I would have wanted to stay on our return leg but as it is too fr from the city, we’ve chosen another option but wouldn’t hesitate returning it visiting the islands again."

"The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Mountain views with beautiful plants and roaming llamas and peacocks. Breakfast was delicious and the playground fun for kids. The only down side are the beds were very uncomfortable in our room. If you like an extra firm mattress this is the place for you"

"It’s close to the airport which is very convenient for travelers arriving early in the morning or late at night. The front desk does not operate 24/7 and you have to ring a bell on the street to get access to the property. The restroom was not clean and it looked like the common areas have not been cleaned. We found empty bottles of liquor in the common kitchen/living room area. "
