The place itself was ok and the cabin clean. It's the staff and management especially which were the problem. The whole check-in was a complete nightmare. We had to ring them 3 times to ask them for a late entry code, still didn't have one 15 minutes before reception closed so finally rang and got one verbally. We arrived to collect the keys and were given keys to an already occupied cabin. Contacted after hours reception and were given keys to a different cabin which didn't fit. Getting late, still no entry, rang after hours and initially no reply so went to try and find the managaress behind the reception building until thrown out by angry manager. After we finally got into the cabin, the manager came round and was verbally aggressive and threatening when all we'd been trying to do was find someone to let us in. People like this definitely shouldn't work in hospitality. I'm the customer experiencing bad service. We left first thing next morning. Felt uncomfortable and threatened staying there.
