Owners were super friendly and easy to get a hold of although I never saw them. The only recommendation I would have is they need new pillows. Other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 accommodation. Very convenient to being on the bus route also.

The only real drawback was the extremely busy road the property is on. Nearby dining options are limited. The hosts are very friendly but emails to order breakfast and ask for directions went unanswered. Despite the traffic, it was very quite.

Fantastic location for visiting some friends in the area. The walk in the park next door and to the beach was a highlight. Also super easy to grab the bus right outside to anywhere.

Nice accommodation. Confusing checkin process. On the outskirts of Edinburgh. A bus in to city center located across busy street. Located on a very busy street/highway. We were in an attic room which became very hot and uncomfortable. A fan was provided which helped. Main complaint is the breakfast cost which you are presented with when you leave. 12.99 GP ( about $17.50) each day you eat. If you don't care about an included breakfast this is a nice place.

The hosts, Thomas and his wife were very gracious, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a great place to rest before our flight. The breakfast was delicious! A wonderful place to stay in Edinburgh.

Amazing service from the guest house. Fantastic communication before and during the trip including letting us leave the car and head off to Murrayfield before check in with a quick show around so that we knew where to go.

Check in was simple. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was ok. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. Staff were polite and friendly. Only small things were parking was tight and it opened onto a busy road but these were minor things.

Slightly out of the direct center, in between center and airport, kind of hard to get an Uber/Bolt as most drivers seem to not find it interesting enough. The room itself was clean, comfortable and decorated with attention to detail and the staff very friendly.

Anjoe and Thomas were great and friendly! They were so accommodating, letting us drop our bags earlier than our check in time. The room was spacious and clean and the optional breakfast was very convenient and good. There is a bus stop literally across the street that takes you right to downtown Edinburgh. So glad we stayed and their little pup Simba is just the cutest!

Hidden gem up the road.

I loved staying here. I thought it would be loud because of the busy street out front; however, it was quiet and comfortable in my room. You are a 45 minute walk from the bay, and the town just to the North has an incredibly charming feel and pub. The owners cook a fantastic breakfast, and will go out of their way to give you the best advice. It will save you a bit of $$$ from staying in the more bustling areas like Haymarket, but you will get really good advice from the owners no matter what you do.
