We had booked an en suite room (Rm8). The check in was easy and room although basic ie a d/bed (which was comfy enough) and large tv was clean as was bathroom. It had tea and coffee and it was quite quiet. Room was well heated. Only down sides were only 1 very flat pillow each which was not ideal for sleeping(we didn’t get back until near 11pm so nobody there)and shower hose stand was broken at top making it hard to shower without holding(left note). Both issues easily resolved and given price location etc - it was ideal for 1 night

Nice room in quiet location.

Nice small room, minor issue was only one small coffee cup, and there was an empty/used milk container on the windowsill. Cozy, very good shower and nice big TV. Quiet location.

Perfect for what I needed

It was everything I needed for a 4 day stay in Edinburgh. It’s right on a bus line and the tram is easy to walk to. Everything was clean and the bed was fantastic. I’ll happily stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable, had a nice sized smart tv, and bathroom with all the amenities. The shower in particular was amazing. A nice waterfall shower with very hot water. Area is safe, quiet, and near the bus stops.

Hotel in a good location with friendly staff. In need of some updating, but comfortable with good amenities (a great shower). Only criticism is there's only one key used for all the doors so you need to carry your valuables.

It's close to public transportation . It's a quiet residential area. The only issue was the construction site that didn't allow my driver leaving me at the right place. However this was not the property fault. I liked that my room had all the amenities. Also, the lady was very nice.

I was disappointed that when we got a double room, only one seat was available, and no one on hand to answer the bell ( after 9pm) to get me another one. I also felt the staff member was indifferent to me. I did get a decent night's sleep. you wanted feedback, take note of my comments. Btw I thought the shower was excellent.

It is an okay place to stay, easy access to the central and the shore. It is nice and warm and the rooms are getting cleaned daily. You can arrange a highland tour from the city which is great. There is a couple bakery and coffee shop around but our fav was artisan coffee on the corner for breakfast. We arrived after 10pm, we did called them to let them know. We had to pay 10£ for which is not a problem and we knew that we have to, but because of that or something else, not sure but staff wasn’t particularly friendly. What we also noticed is that the room key opens the entry door too so not sure if others coulndn’t come into our room if they wanted too. For sure one evening the light was on and our chair was in the middle of the room which we didn’t leave like that. But nothing was missing so we didn’t complain. We were at the basement and internet was barely working. Parking is hard to figure out unless you come on a weekend. We booked a private parking not far from there for a day which was about 7£.
