All staff are friendly. The lobby serves as a small bar at night. Cheap drinks are serve here. Breakfast wasn't bad. It's a continental breakfast so it's a great way to start your day. They also has the best location as the tram immediately stops in front of the hotel.We will definitely stay again!

Very handy to tram stop for airport literally in front of hotel. Very centralised to Edinburgh new and old town. St James quarter just across the road. Couldn't have been better. Great selection for Breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean. And coffee and tea ln the reception bar area, when ever you fancied one included in the price of your stay. On the hole very enjoyable few days in Edinburgh thank you 😊 very much guys.

Polite staff,hotel in ideal area for restaurants, shopping and theatre. Buses and trams are nearby too. Room a little small and no fan in the bathroom.

Excellent location, tram stop from airport. Staff really friendly and helpful. One small gripe only sachets of decaf coffee so no option for latte etc. And no decaf tea. Some roo.s on lower ground floor next to car park, a bit cold

Definitely an express hotel. We had 3 people with one full bed an a pull out sofa. There was no room to walk around or lay out our suitcases. However the location and service was great.

Room small and a bit dark as it faced the alley lined with beer barrels at back of building. Clean and convenient but, no fridge. Good breakfast, service in all areas was average. Just across the road from Edinburgh Playhouse which was very convenient and about a 15 min walk from the train station. Shopping and restaurants close by and a small Tesco’s very close.

I like that the hotel was in a convenient location near the tram and walking distance to many local attractions. The beds on the other hand are not the best, I had lower back pain when I woke. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and I have to say the breakfast was horrible. Its hard to describe how bad the eggs were but they tasted like instant and not mix properly. The sausages were like paste. I typically hate to complain about food, but it was just bad...

Easy access from the airport via Tram; drops you off at the hotel doorstep. So much is within walking distance like the National Museum, St. James Quarter (shopping mall), Scottish Parliament, Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh Castle and the Train station. Rooms were clean, good housekeeping and quiet. No mini-fridge or microwave but there is a kettle and hair dryer.
