Light and spacious apartment, ideal for groups and families, close to centre

This apartment is spacious and light with open views and offers all the amenities and comfort for a citybreak. The location in Stockbridge is perfect to enjoy Edinburghs trendiest area, its pubs/bars and restaurants as well as the (free!) Botanic Gardens. It is ideally located for all city centre or further afield attractions - the castle, museums and galleries, as well as the villages of Fife and East Lothian. It is quiet and located on the third floor of a traditional Edinburgh building (no lift).

The apartment is on one level and has two bedrooms, one with a large double/kingsize bed (150cm wide), the other with twin beds - ideal for a family or a group of friends. There is cupboard and drawer space for your clothes, and a washing machine, ironing board and iron to freshen them up if required. We provide washing tablets.

The living room has a large 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a dining table with four chairs.

The bathroom has a bath and an excellent shower over it and always hot water. A hand towel and bath sheet are provided for each guest. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher (we provide tablets), pots, crockery, cutlery and utensils, etc.

We provide biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and a small carton of milk.

We have wifi and TV and some toys for children. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Great place in Edinburgh
Great cozy space to spend some time in Edinburgh. Only about a :20 walk to New Town and :30 to Old Town. Good access to busses as well. Good amenities and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Great location.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. We were able to access the property early, which was a real life saver after a long day of travel and overnight flight. We loved the location of the apartment and it had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and friendly. Place was clean.

Beautiful, spacious apartment within walking distance of Edinburgh City Centre
We had a lovely stay in Annabel's attractive and spacious apartment located in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh, which has an interesting variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. A great base from which to explore Edinburgh and in a clean and comfortable apartment We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. This part of Edinburgh has a slightly Parisian, bohemian vibe and all the people are extremely friendly and welcoming - including our lovely host Annabel who was on hand to provide us with useful tips and information about the apartment and Edinburgh itself. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back.

Great location in Edinburgh
We really enjoyed our stay at Stockbridge! Annabel was extremely kind and greeted us when we arrived. We were close enough to all of the major tourist highlights to walk or bus. We especially enjoyed being in an area where people lived, not just vacationed. Annabel's restaurant recommendations were spot on and an easy walk from the flat. Thanks for a wondeful stay!

It was great, really clean and well equipped and presented. Really helpful to us when we were late.
We enjoyed it, cooked one night and ate out locally . Walked into the city centre from the apartment and to the Modern Art Gallery and Murrayfield.reallynfood position for many things. We would all,stay again if it was available.
