The property was close to West Edmonton Mall is what we liked about the location.... What we disliked about the property is that it wasn't a very secure area and the breakfast time was very short and there didn't seem to be enough staff to deal with what was going on around the building.

This was a great place to stay! Right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. It has heated underground parking which is great. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Be careful when getting to the location, only one entrance to the parking lot from 90th Ave when travelling west. And no vending machine in the hotel, but a convenience store is super close by.

the only issue i had was the height of the beds. i had to run and jump to get onto it. i am quite short and found them to be an issue. there was no coffee pot in the room (not sure if that is a new thing with hotels) other than that the hotel is very clean and friendly. i would definately recommend to others. (i would advise them to carry a stool to get onto the beds)

Brand new hotel at a perfect spot very close to the West Edmonton Mall. Rate was very compeititve, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was warm and delicious. Underground parking was safe and with many spaces. Will definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my say at the Baymont hotel. My loft suite was better than I expected it to be. The second bathroom was an added bonus, since you didnt have to go downstair to use the washroom. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of great options. Would definitely stay here again

Overall the property is very good and you’ll get value for money. Very good for families. Conveniently located across the mall and other shops. However, it’s hard to navigate through entrance by car but they do have basement parking. Breakfast is okay but can be better if there’s variety each day.

Housekeeping stole or trow away something valuable.. everything about the shower is awful from the water pressure to the shower heads and the no shelvings.. also you’re constantly fighting with the tempature it never stay the same..the cable tv is pretty awful also very basic. Will not return.

The suite was actually quite spacious, it felt like i had my own studio apartment unit. The staff were really friendly, and the free breakfast was great. The location was cool because it was right across from West Edmonton Mall, but it was also right beside a liquor store where some men were just walking back and forth, and I didn’t feel super safe outside of the building, but felt super safe inside. Over all, really great stay. I’d book there again

We stayed at the Baymont for only 1 night but definitely will be back. It is the perfect location for shopping at WEM which is just a walk across the street, no driving needed once you arrive to the hotel. You could shop a bit and then take your bags back to your room and then go straight back to the mall and continue plus it has a liquor store and I think a hair salon connected to the hotel, its perfect.The rooms a very spacious and a great option for a home away from home! Our room had two bedrooms each with a king sized bed and its own bathroom as well as a double pull-out sofa bed in the livingroom, full size fridge, a 4 seater dinette, thermostats in each bedroom and one in the livingroom, perfect for what we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was pretty decent however I would put extended hours for the breakfast as it is 630am to 930am, I think until 1030am would be a better end time seeing as many were coming down to eat just before they were checking out, while others were early birds and arrived for breakfast early. Being that the hotel is newly opened, there are a few kinks to iron out but overall it was a lovely stay and location is perfect.
