I love the kitchy 70s decorum and friendly staff, ice machine actually works! Fireplace nice and square, spacious rooms. Excellent bathtub/shower.

A last minute booking that I unfortunately have to say I definitely regret!! I checked in, I'm very obviously pregnant and they didnt offer to help me with my bags to my room and I would have tipped. The room looked clean, but I always wipe surfaces down anyway. The only light by the bed did not work and when I checked the bulb the whole fixture was loose so I didnt even turn it on worried about an electrical fire. The door handle on the bathroom was broken and falling off in pieces, the towel racks were not secure and had torn the drywall and barely hanging there. There was no handsoap in the dispenser and in the evening i had asked for it to be refilled when I returned to the hotel, and the front desk guy gave me an industrial box of it and asked me to refill it myself so he didnt have to leave the desk as they didnt have anyone on site. No house keeping at 7pm? My TV did not have the smart remote for it so I couldnt use it and the cable box and remote didnt work (I'm tech savvy too) there were no hangers in the closet, and the small shampoo bottle was half used. The noise in the room from everyone around you was extremely obvious and could hear basic conversations even above me.The worst part was when I checked in, I had booked the shuttle that is 5 mins from the airport for my morning flight and needed to leave at their hourly shuttle time for 6am. They said be ready 10 minutes before. I went down then, but no staff, no shuttle. I uber'd and left my key and room #. Awful.

I arrived at hotel, waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk, then was told my room wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes, when was finally able to get into room they had put me in the wrong room style. So finally over 50 minutes after my arrival I got into the room I had reserved and paid for. Short staffed was the excuse but pretty poor service. At the least the staff was nice.
