The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Those two things are the most important features to me. The breakfast provided is excellent! Free easy parking is great. Soundproofing is not good. Our remote for the TV didn’t work, and our phone didn’t register calls. Room service was supposed to be available but it wasn’t.

I stayed here years prior and it was cleaner and a lot nicer back then. The lobby looks good as well as the breakfast buffet area. However the way up to the room the rugs had tears and stains in the hallways. The room was clean though. The price was good. It was quiet. It’s in the middle of nowhere with nothing walkable distance. Food service wasn’t the greatest and there’s no menus in the room. The room served its purpose but I don’t think I’d stay here again.

I found out after checking in that their pool was out of service… whole reason I chose this hotel. No discount or apology offered. I feel like I paid for what I didn’t get. I hotel without pool or hot tub would have been cheaper.

Our King room looked pretty bare. No couch or chair eventhough there waa plenty of room. Vending machine and ice were on a different floor. Would have been nice to have real dishes and cutlery for breakfast.

We booked 4 guests, room was set up for two (towels etc.) hvac wasn't working, and the whole pool area unavailable because one of their glass sign covers broke and glass in the pool. And the breakfast was terrible.

The lobby and common areas were nice but the rooms could use an update. On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast is well done and the pool/steam room/hot tub area is clean and a fun amenity to use. The pool ended up being closed because kids broke glass the night before (no fault of the hotel's) but the hotel staff were quick to clean it up and get the pool back in working order, which was appreciated. On the down side, the lighting in the rooms is terrible, the TV is blurry, there is no hair conditioner provided, and the bathroom sinks look like they were taken from a jail. The beds don't have duvets or comforters, only a thin sheet, and the pillows are small, hard, and lumpy. There's only a few towels in the pool area and I called twice to get some brought in, but none came. Overall, would stay again but I'll be looking at other options for the future.

Popcorn under bed next to window. Damage to the bathtub wall. Looked patched. Water damage to vanity in bathroom looks ugly. Toilet seat slides to left ot right side when seated. Breakfast- hashbrown & bacon overcooked - dry. Vending machine broken. No water or pop in snackbar. Walkway at terrace side could have been snow shoveled, difficult to reach and walk to door. Very nice place will visit again.

So glass hit broken in the pool area and said glass was in the pool so closed it.. drained it filled it back up and made sure there was no glass in there before they let the children back in the pool to play My kids went back down because it was back opened within an hour or so and she stepped on glass in the pool. The hotel is an excellent value for the price and quality of the facilities. The only downside is that it is in an industrial area, and there are very limited dining options or activities. It is good if you're on a busy trip; otherwise, be prepared to drive.
