Hotel is beautiful if aged. My room had cracks in ceiling and wall chipped badly. Clean. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Breakfast delicious. Lounge food bland and stale and very overpriced. Great pet service, love that they have a hotel dog

High quality finishings in the room and hotel. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor and amenities. Our room was fairly quiet, however if you are a light sleeper and there will be parties or events going on at the hotel, consider requesting a room on one of the mid or high level floors. There was a xmas party going on Friday night and we could hear the music in our room on the 2nd floor. I would stay here again, though. Very beautiful and convenient location with lots of history!

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel, and Homeyra at the service desk made our visit unforgettable. She went out of her way to find us a fantastic room upgrade we hadn’t known about, giving our trip an extra-special start.
