We love staying here! Great hotel and great customer service. Included breakfast is great. Could use improvement, like a choose of a fried or poached eggs instead of scrambled, otherwise it’s great!

It was handy my wife had surgery in Edmonton the hotel was close. It was clean neat. Front staff was good as well. The breakfast was very good. Would stay there again. Cheers

We have mobility issues and they have all high beds and wife could not go that high. They helped tear the bed apart which solved nothing. Get some idea that lower beds would be much appreciated so we could sleep there. She used a type of couch and I slept on the floor on the mattress. They tried to be of help but the facility fails badly due to poor design of beds. They have a 10 inch wooden lift that makes zero sense. Likely no go again for us

We only stayed for 1 night for an appointment in Windermere so it was very convenient. The room was super clean and quiet. The blackout blind was awesome and the bed was really comfortable. We could have used a couple more pillows and checkin took a little time with only one person working the desk but nothing to complain about at all. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel
