The only thing that my husband did not like was the softnest of the bed. He did not sleep well. We were in a room with one queen bed. When we have stayed there previously the king bed was great. The clerk who checked us in Fousan, was wonderful. Very welcoming.

I stayed for 6 nights for work and was looking for a budget friendly hotel that was clean, safe, and had some basics like a fridge and a coffee maker. Quality Inn gave me that. I was actually super impressed with the size of the room and the fridge in the room, it was more than a mini fridge and even had a freezer. The hotel is close to lots of different dining options. I had the free breakfast buffet a couple of times. It offers lots of options, food was okay. They lock the main door at night so only key card access can enter as well as having additional security. I didn't feel like the area was unsafe anyway, but the extra measures made me feel safer as a person who was travelling alone. I needed to use their business center once to print which is just a computer with internet and printer/fax but it did the trick. Rooms were cleaned well every day and bed was comfortable. Noise wasn't too bad either. Everyone was really nice too so I'll definitely be using them again the next time I'm in Edmonton.

We liked that maintenance came right away when we called about a non functioning remote for the t.v.. Also liked the gym, easy access to ice machine and luggage carts. Also the breakfast was great with many options and they have coffee on in the lobby all the time.

Good area with easy access to local food places and mall. The shower was a bit dirty with previous stays hair in shower and tub. Baseboards were very dirty and need or cleaning and fresh paint. Overall was a decent stay, just needs a better cleaning.
