Everything that I encountered was excellent. The desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The noon checkout is awesome as you do not have to rush to get younger children moving.

The location is very convenient and the staff are very nice and helpful but if I’m paying for parking I would like to have a guaranteed spot and not have to wonder if I’m going to have a spot if I leave the hotel. The elevator is also very noisy and can be heard all night long as well as the people in it and this should not be a problem especially when paying for a premium room.

Check in was quick and painless, though the complimentary waters were not mentioned upon check in (this would’ve been nice to get some in the fridge to cool). The rooms are clean and tidy, the pedway to Roger’s Place is why we book here every time we come to the city for concerts. Chop is convenient and typically great food and drinks (I wasn’t a fan of my meal this time, but will chalk that up to a bad choice on my part). Commissary is fairly priced.
