Very nice suite. Disappointed that it didn’t have a pool. We knew that at time of booking, but we have stayed in a Townsuites property in West Kelowna that has a pool and water slide; great for kids.

Staff was very courteous and professional, rooms were very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great and the coffee was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Had a great stay.

We arrived early but our room was ready for check in. The room was spacious and very clean. We couldn't figure out the air conditioning unit and phoned for help. It did not take 5 min. and someone looked after it. The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was great, and there was lits to choose from. We will stay there again and would recommend it!

Excellent in every area - mainly for the business traveller. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Only possibly downside would be that there is no place to eat within the hotel but this is easily overcome.

Nice hotel for the price, friendly service

It was a nice hotel for the price, pillows not great, go flat. The bed frame seemed not stable and the headboard was making noise just moving around the bed, and not from any fooling around! Lol.
