Had phone calls coming to my room looking for 2 different men. Which the guy at front desk kept putting calls thru. People slamming doors and yelling in hallway all night long and could hear someone trying to open room door. My grandkids were scared and couldn’t sleep all night. Totally bad experience I will never stay again!!

When we first got there only 1 person was working and there was a line up. They have no vending machines, the smittys wasn't open and dont get me started on their free breakfast. Limited selection. Stuff was stale. Staff was standing there with a full garbage with all the food. Limited seating as well. Outside there is dog poop everywhere, cigarette butts, garbage. They also had some very shady people in the building that smelt like booze and the one lady was obviously high on something hardcore and was staring at my daughters weird. In the pool my daughters were harassed by some grown man. Key cards work like crap and if you're lucky youll get a door that doesnt close properly or the handle gets stuck open. Would not recommend.

The elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. Which is very inconvenient. The breakfast was limited to 2 cereal and toast. Tables where dirty. Was okay overall experience Then checking out didnt receive my deposit back.

i checked in - went to my room - stayed for 3 hours. in that time police were called, partying, smoking weed in the elevator. checked right out- not safe at all worst hotel ever to stay at. don’t stay there unless you really have no other option !!!

Crack head central. Felt unsafe goingout for smoke or to the car. Didn’t feel safe to park my car. Hot tub is not great Room was dirty not vacuumed Tv had no channels to watch. Fridge not work good. Just froze everything Breakfast room is so small and crowded and very outdated dirty Never will stay there again

Terrible experience would not recommend to anyone especially if you have a family. It looks like a bunch of crackheads are living in the hotel. We heard yelling all night the police came twice and they were almost forced to bust the door of the room right next to us.

The staff here are totally incompetent. Had to ask 4 times for an iron and ironing board. Requested late checked, paid an additional $20 and still the cleaning lady came and started cleaning the room at 11:00. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The headboard wasn’t attached to the wall or the bed (just wedge in between the bed and wall). There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom. The drain in the shower was plugged. The place is a total dump.

I was on the 5th floor and there was some loud machinery noise coming from somewhere on the floor which affected my sleep. The washroom was dirty it had hairs in the bathtub and smoke stains. And it smelled of smoke eve though I chose a non smoker room. The carpets weren’t properly vacuumed either. It was a clear example of basically zero efforts by the management to even try to present a clean room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was homeless everywhere asking for smokes and money. With no shoes on. Bed was full of black stuff on matress. Staff was very good too let me check out and change hotels.

The hotel looked nothing like it did in the pictures when booking, really run down looking and the rooms are so small and not up to date at all, the sink, and tap in the tub leaks and the room smells gross. The bed does not have any type of bedbug covers on it and the sheets and mattress have cigarette burn holes in them. The mattress is also covered in crumbs and dirt underneath the sheet. The pillows are very old and bunched together and balled up. Everything about this hotel is outdated. Only nice thing is that it’s a convenient location and close to WEM. Way too expensive for what you get.
